Job Summary
We are seeking a driven individual, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Red Kalahari goats breeding farm and its overall success.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Developing all short and long term objectivities for the farm.
• Breeds and raises goats: Selects and breeds, according to knowledge of animals, genealogy, traits, and offspring desired.
• Liaising with all existing and prospective clients with the objective of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Coordinating all farm activities and maintaining smooth flow of information at all levels.
• Provide weekly reports on the farm activities and monthly breeding performance reports.
• Marketing of farm produce.
• Diagnosis and management of common disease and in consultation with the vet where relevant.

- Qualifications And Experience
- • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
- • Minimum of 3years active goat breeding experience preferred.
- • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- • Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- • Occasional domestic and/or international travel.
- • Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence compulsory. Class 2 and Defensive Driver’s Certificate are an added advantage.
